02 How to deposit
- Open your wallet and choose Deposit.
- Pick MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.
- Enter the amount you want in your wallet. You get that exact figure — the fee is added on top, and the total you will be charged is shown before you confirm.
- Approve the prompt that appears on your phone by entering your Mobile Money PIN on your handset.
- Your balance updates as soon as your provider confirms — usually within seconds.
Your Mobile Money PIN is entered on your own phone, with your own provider. ARIPLEX never asks for it, never sees it, and never stores it. Anyone who asks you for that PIN — including someone claiming to be us — is trying to rob you.

The fee is charged on top of your deposit, not taken out of it. Ask for 10,000 and 10,000 reaches your wallet; the 250 fee brings the total collected to 10,250.
It covers what our payment provider charges us to collect the money. It falls as a percentage as the amount rises, because the cost to us does too.
04 If a deposit does not arrive
- No prompt appeared. Check the number on your account is the one you are holding, and that your line has network. Try again after a minute.
- You approved it but the balance did not move. Wait two minutes; provider confirmations occasionally lag. The credit is keyed to the provider's reference, so a delayed confirmation still lands exactly once — you will never be double-credited or double-charged.
- Money left your phone and never arrived. Send us the Mobile Money transaction reference at info@ariplexug.com. We reconcile against the provider daily and will trace it.
05 Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits at any time from your account. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one takes effect after a 24-hour delay, so that a limit cannot be lifted in the moment it is most needed. See our responsible gaming policy.
